Running once a year since 2015, this project gives a wonderful experience to families recognized by the welfare department, enabling their children to celebrate their Bar & Bat Mitzvah in a memorable and extraordinary way.

25 children - 12 girls and 13 boys - enjoy an outing to Jerusalem where they have workshops, celebrate their bar mitzvah at the Kotel, tour around Ammunition Hill, and more.

 

In addition, these 25 children also celebrate this special occasion together with their families at a fabulous party, where they also receive gifts: talit and tefilin for the boys, and candlesticks and a necklace for the girls.
