Thanks to the generous support of an undisclosed donor from Switzerland, a new Municipal Dog Kennel has been built in Netanya’s northern industrial zone. 

The new facility will enable better living conditions for its dogs, provide kennel services for Netanya residents and run cooperation programs between regional schools and adults with special needs. This will entail professionally run pet therapy sessions for children at risk and patients of all ages who suffer from various disabilities.

The Mayor of Netanya, Mrs. Miriam Fierberg-Ikar, the generous donor from Switzerland, the CEO of the Netanya Foundation, Mr. Shlomi Waroner and a representative of the executive committee of the Dog Kennel recently visited the kennel and everyone was very impressed with the progress.
