The construction of a modern sports complex based on state-of-the-art international standards has begun in Netanya. The complex is being built on an area of 82 Dunams and will house a soccer stadium for 24,000 seated spectators in its final stage (stage A – 12,000 seats).
​The construction of concrete, steel and high quality modern materials, with strong architectural features will be a major new focal point in Netanya. It is located to the north of Netanya's high-tech and commercial zone, at the southern entrance to the city, along the main Tel Aviv – Haifa highway. It is situated in a strategic location and is highly accessible.

It will be part of a sports complex, which will include:

Parking facilities for 1,200 vehicles and open public spaces

The oval shaped stadium includes a light steel truss roof. The stands will be connected and continuous, with hood-lighting pillars placed at the corners of the building, passing through the upper stands. Every seat in the stadium will have a clear, uninterrupted view of the pitch, and passages and entrances are designed to minimize disturbance to spectators.

A VIP stand on the mid level will include 21 private boxes, a lobby and catering services for up to 600 guests with a private entrance. There will be a media stand with TV and radio broadcast cubicles. The stadium is designed to include refreshment stands, fast food outlets and a restaurant overlooking the pitch. There are available spaces for rent for additional sport facilities (a gym, billiard, bowling, souvenir shop, etc.).
