The Sarah Federman Preschool Art Enrichment Center was launched in July 2012. The aim of center is providing activities for twenty -eight kindergarten classes in the Kiryat Nordau section in Netanya. The Center enables children and their families to be exposed to the world of art and culture.

The new Center, which will be operated by the Netanya Municipality places an emphasis on multidisciplinary enrichment activities in the arts, music, theater and cinema for small children. Moreover, the children will benefit from an opulent wide open space design, special juvenile furniture and quality equipment.
