Student Scholarships for Higher Education

Every resident of Netanya, living in the city for over five years and studying in the Netanya Academic College is eligible to receive 7.5% of his tuition fees. This scholarship does not consider the student's economic situation or academic achievements. The city is interested in supporting its Academic College and in encouraging the students of the city to learn, study and expand their horizons in their own hometown, Netanya.

Every year, student scholarships in the amount of close to two million Shekels are distributed amongst Netanya's students.

We would like to find additional partners for this most significant purpose – to distribute more scholarships and raise the amount of the scholarships. We think it is most important to support and encourage our future generation, and fire their ambition, while they strive to succeed and make many efforts to make ends meet.

Every year, the scholarships are distributed in an impressive ceremony, during which our partners and the donors of the scholarships are named and thanked for their generosity.
