The official opening of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Early Childhood Center in the Kiryat Nordau neighborhood of Netanya took place in October 2013. 

This Center (in Kiryat Nordau, Netanya) enables the provision of services for parents and young children which is a policy that the Mayor of Netanya and the Chairman of the Netanya Foundation have been leading for the past few years throughout the city of Netanya. The official opening of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Early Childhood Center in the Kiryat Nordau neighborhood of Netanya took place on October 2013.  After Mr. Goldman’s successful visit, the Board of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation decided to establish additional early childhood centers in Netanya.

The opening was attended by Miriam Fierberg-Ikar, Mayor of Netanya and honorary President of the Netanya Foundation and representatives of the Benny Steinmetz Foundation, National Security, the Municipality of Netanya and the Netanya Foundation.
The building is 750 square meters and includes an early childhood free service station, Family Health Center, a Center for the Welfare of the Child and Family that provides comprehensive services to the parents and children in Netanya.
